social change is organic, and social movements are like ecosystems. deep inside a system change is slow. it is on the edges, where different ecological systems overlap, that more evolution happens, and faster. and it is where social movements overlap that the greatest creativity occurs. where free-parties mix with direct action, green anarchists mix with trade unionists, punks mix with old ladies from the women’s institute and music and art (>>) mix with politics (>>).

so …. welcome to the (english language) politics pages of freak-animals.org. the articles on these pages are mostly written or selected by political activists at the edges of this community for anarchist subculture. the subject matter is mixed and sometimes random - whatever is interesting in the moment. content and context. edge effects.

sure, we don't all agree with everything that is written on these pages. but you will find things to make you think, and things to do, because education without action doesn’t mean a thing ….
